Simply type a keyword into Google and you're sure to find something. I have found a site called "buy-sell website", and "website properties" just doing searches so you can surely find a lot of different places to find a legitimate business to buy.

When you buy an already established business, make sure you get in the contract that the person or business that sells you are willing to help you in setting up the company. They know things about the business that can happen to you and help you with. If they are willing to sell the site, they should be more than willing to do this.
